Our founders, Vesna M. Milosavljević-Stevanović and Nemanja S. Vesna M. Milosavljević-Stevanović

With more than 20 years of experience, Vesna provides comprehensive legal support to domestic and international clients. Before founding MLEGAL, she gained extensive professional experience in leading Belgrade law firms specializing in commercial and corporate law, where she advised clients on complex M&A, privatization, and investment projects in various sectors, including banking, telecommunications, energy, and real estate.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Belgrade and a Postgraduate Specialization in European Law jointly organized by the University of Belgrade and the University of Nancy, France.

She is a member of the Belgrade and Serbian Bar Association since 2006.

Vesna has completed several professional certification programs, including:

  • WIPO courses on patents, trademarks, industrial design, and geographical indications of origin
  • Euroinnova certification in Spanish immigration law.

She provides legal services in English and Serbian, with an advanced knowledge of Spanish.

Nemanja S. Milosavljević

With more than 15 years of experience, Nemanja provides comprehensive legal support to domestic and international clients. Before founding MLEGAL, he gained extensive professional experience in several leading Belgrade law firms specializing in commercial, corporate, telecommunication and energy law, where he advised clients on complex M&A, business and investment projects in various sectors, including banking, financial leasing, telecommunications, energy, real estate and tech startups.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Law Faculty of the University of Union in Belgrade and a LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in European Integration organized at the Law Faculty of the University of Belgrade.

He is a member of the Belgrade and Serbian Bar Association since 2011.

Nemanja has completed several professional certification programs, including:

  • Spec. two semestral studies for Tax advisors at the Law Faculty of the University of Belgrade
  • WIPO course on software licencing,
  • Certificate in basic training for mediators, issued by ADR Partners in Belgrade

He provides legal services in English and Serbian.
